AE Series

The letter “E” in the “AE” Series was intended to represent “economy” since this machine is so economically priced. However, there are those who suggest the “E” ought to represent “exceptional” for the exceptional reliability of the model or “E” might represent “extraordinary” for the extraordinary versatility of this machine. The “AE” series from Peerless includes all the features you need for exceptional, safe, production cut-off of most metals.

The “AE” series machines are high production machines that incorporate a massive base, sturdy, specially designed saw frame with a heavy-duty gear box build to stand up to high lateral pressure and a conventional, uncomplicated control panel for easy operation.

The Operator’s Controls are largely mounted atop the saw bow so that the machine can be efficiently operated from either side without having to climb over the material. There is powered band tensioning, vertical alignment rollers, unitized construction, split front vise, infinitely variable blade speed, independent Feed Rate and Feed Pressure controls, built-in coolant system, a work light, an out of stock switch, a coolant flushing hose and much more. 

Pivot(HB) NC Series

The Peerless pivot style NC series of machines include all the features you need for exceptional, safe, production cut-off of most metals.  The Operator’s Console provides easy to reach, safe operation away from the moving band saw blade. The power is automatically shut-off if the electrical box is opened.  The machines will automatically shut-off if the predetermined number of cuts is reached, if the band saw blade should break or even stall in the cut or if the machine should run out of stock. The machines feature SNC-20 controls that have most of the features of NC controlled saws but at a mere fraction of the cost.

The Carbide Side Guides are given added life by the “Pre-guide” rollers that take the twist out of the blade before the blade enters the guides. The machines have standard power band tensioning, vertical alignment rollers, unitized construction, split front vise, infinitely variable blade speed, independent Feed Rate and Feed Pressure controls, built-in coolant system, a work light, a coolant flushing hose and much more.  The sensitive down feed system senses even minute changes in resistance in the cutting and automatically adjusts the feed rate to maintain a constant chip load on the blade.

Double Coulum NC Series

The Peerless Double Column NC series of machines come with a cross link reinforcement that assures unique rigidity and also keeps the blade parallel to the material at all times to create equal force throughout the entire cutting cycle.  Just like the pivot style machines, the Operator’s Console provides easy to reach, safe operation away from the moving band saw blade and none of the controls (including the Emergency Stop Button) are moving targets.  The machines will automatically shut-off if the predetermined number of cuts is reached; if the band saw blade should break or even stall in the cut and if the machine should run out of stock. All the same features of the pivot style in a beefed up double column design.
